Annual Passes
Seen loads of rumours that Annual Passes are back up for sale for UK residents although it doesn't seem to be absolutely certain! I have a few questions if they are back up and running if anyone can answer:
1) We have 14 day tickets through ATD. We can cancel these as have the insurance, so would it be better to do this or just upgrade through Disney or does it not matter? 2) Do Aps include the water parks as it just lists the 4 theme parks? 3) Assuming we bought them (and this seems obvious) would we be able to use them for our 3 weeks in November plus our August 2022 trip. Thanks everyone... |

Other poster has pointed you to a great thread for these answers but here are some additional thoughts:
1. Depends whether they are actually selling them or not. Currently no one can actually purchase them they can get through to payment page but nothing else so I couldn't bother cancelling for now and would probably see about upgrading when there if available. The only thing you would loose out on is the first days parking at the parks as you aren't able to claim that back if you upgrade but you can if you've prepurchased. 2. Depends on which you purchase - platinum is just 4 parks but platinum plus includes water parks 3. Yes you would be able to use for both trips. Its a year from first use.

You don't really lose anything by waiting to upgrade, FX rate obviously but that can go both ways, possibly if they decided to increase the cost of the AP before Nov but I would say that's unlikely so soon after bringing them back.
One thing to consider, if your not staying onsite, an AP limits the amount of park reservations that you can make/hold SD

There was a price increase already if posts of those renewing at the moment is true so I think the price increase thing has probably happened for this year just with no one noticing as so few people can renew/purchase currently.
And yes off site you in normal times could only have 7 days park passes and I think now its 3
