Gammon Joint in Coke...

...I remember someone suggesting this recipe in the slow cooker - I tried it today..omg it went down a treat, it was so tender, very flavoursome & my family were very complimentary !

Thank you to whoever suggested this, highly recommended - slow cooked on medium for 5hrs !

Yummy, I always cook gammon in coke in the slow cooker, once you’ve tried it there’s no going back!

If you’ve got English muffins, tear and toast them and top with the left over gammon and poached eggs. Perfect brunch 🤤
