accommodation that will allow date changes / money back

We've moved our easter 2020 trip to oct and so far i've only got flights and 2 days disney hotel booked. We wanted to stay in a villa for the remainder of the 2 weeks but i've been reluctant to book one and I know it might be a struggle to get money back if the trip doesn't go ahead or even change dates as the villa could be booked up for when we would be available to go next. Is there any accomodation that is available to book which gives a bit more security in the way of changing dates / money back? We don't like being in the same room (for more than 2 days!) and like a kitchen area so more like an apartment / condo / villa.

If yoi search on booking.com you can filter by free cancellation and no prepayment.

Cypress pointe and Floridays both come up and they have apartments. We are in a similar situation and they are on my short list.

We have never had a villa, so I�d live to try that but think that will be harder to find.

Vrbo have cancellation at 14 days with full refund for some villas.

James villas have cancellation at 28 days prior with full refund.

BA holidays is deposit only until 3 weeks prior and deposit can be refunded as a future travel voucher if the flight goes. They do villas.

This. I have booked and cancelled a couple of times with no issues, just check the cancellation policy before you hit button.

Thanks guys. Pending tonights announcement, I think I best get looking. I hadn't even considered we might be going but who knows now. thanks for the suggestions

try villa key has you have upto 30 days before to cancel and get your money back or have a look on airbnb as good cancellation policy on there too
