I am concerned about park tickets. No 21 day passes and we are there for 25 days. Not sure what I’m going to do about that. I’m excited at the thought of possibly going now! (this is the closest we’ve got to possibly being allowed by UK/US govt)
I'm doing the same!

What resort are you hoping to get? I want CCV but will probably end up with SSR!

We booked on the Parks last night. We'd trouble with MDE so rang, on hold for 90 mins! Eventually got through and as usual the lady was brilliant and all was sorted.
We have extended our WDW OKW stay to 8 days so ended up buying a 2 week ticket direct from Disney rather than the DVC offer.
East coast road trip hotels booked also.
Flying 6th Aug
Cant wait!

Does anyone know what sort of turnaround time to expect for a PCR? Is there anywhere to go for one in person in the south west?

Preparing for a US borders open but UK amber situation in case!

It’s near to Animal Kingdom apparently - not run by Disney though.

And also doesn't solve the problem of what you would do if you're coming off a DCL trip . I'm hoping by the time we go the government would be happy to let people take lateral flow tests out there with them and use it before they come back

Hi all, just joined and first post on this forum, needed some positivity for August after last years fail and reading the posts I think I have found it! Flying to Miami on August 27th with BA , not staying in Florida but heading to Louisiana and the Golden isles Georgia. Tempted with the last 3 days in the parks as Florida without Disney’s will seem strange, not worried about masks , just looking for fun and sun, and the £ is up around $1.4 woo! Woo! Happy days bring it on !
