I was wondering about this now we have to make park reservations. If it is connected to our 14 day ticket I wonder if it will register a day 15 (from first use)

Universals response -
"Our records show that your previous Annual Passes were utilized beyond their full monetary value, or roughly the equivalent of 3-Park 3-Day Park-to-Park Tickets."
We're guessing that we used them, maybe 10 half days over two holidays.

If your annual passes expire in May this year, when did you last renew them? Were they annual passes, or did you have 14 day tickets?

Annual Passes (actually 18 month passes), first activated August 2019. Used probably 10 times total in August and December 2019. They added extensions due to being closed, but obviously we couldn't use them due to travel ban.

Then I would definitely email them again and explain, maybe you got a staff member who was confused or unsure.
Our annual passes were bought August 19 and in March 20 I asked them to freeze them which they did, so I have five months left on them whenever they are reactivated.

Thanks, that's the exact procedure and timescale we had. Our initial request of asking for them to be frozen was refused, as they said they couldn't do it. Now, they seem to think that as we used the APs to the value of buying "on the gate" tickets, that we have had good use out of them.

We've sent a reply, so will wait to hear, although not holding out much hope.

Universal are adamant that freezing of APs is not possible and are saying that the 10ish days use we had out of them is value for money when compared to on the gate tickets. They are refusing to offer anything other than the 5 day, 3 park ticket that the initially offered.
Seems a bit unfair, but its their park and they can treat people how they like.

We did only use our tickets for 2 or 3 days, so maybe that’s why...

Just to clarify

If I have 14 day tickets for 2022.

First use Tuesday 2nd August. If I did 14 consecutive days of use I could use them up to and including Tuesday 16th. But if I decide not use them on say August 10th I could then use my ticket on Wednesday 17th?

No, not quite.

If you first used them on Tuesday 2nd August and then used them on 14 consecutive days then the last day you could use them is Monday 15th August. That's 14 days.

However, if you decided not to use them on, say, 10th August then you could use the tickets on Tuesday 16th August. That's 14 days over a 15 day period.

ETA: This only applies to Disney tickets. Universal 14-day tickets will end on Monday 15th August, no matter what.
