Best ribs in Orlando

I've not had Tony Romas for years, but I remember the first time I went, I think it was in Miami on one of our first US holidays, and how impressed I was with the glass frozen from the freezer and a large pretzel placed on the side of the glass with a large cocktail stick.

The ribs were pretty good too.

Four Rivers up at Winter Garden is worth the 20-30 minute drive up 429 from WDW. I first had them in their original Jacksonville location and they have expanded across Florida. Not just ribs but general smoky BBQ.

I get my mate who lives in Jax to send over their brisket rub which I use on roast beef, steaks and burgers. Their sauces are really good.

I agree about 4rivers. I went to winter garden about 6/7 years ago. I think I read they’re now in Kissimmee too and had a food truck in Disney springs.
