Checking BA Avis Upgrade Prices

Does anyone know what the link is these days when you can go on and check the upgrade price for an Avis car hire on BA booking without needing to ring them up?

I use to check the old link all the time then if the price was good I could ring up and change the booking but it doesn't work anymore

I wonder if the only way to do it now is to ring up for a quote but that's a PITA as it takes forever to get through. It was much better before as could check the price online and then only needed to ring up if I thought it was a good offer!

Does anyone know is BA re quote based on the current flydrive prices or do they just quote the difference in car hire?

I have trip for October but the current price is nearly double what I paid... however the difference in car types is about £20, so would the upgrade quote the the full price difference or just the car hire difference?

It certainly used to be just the car hire portion of things, so if flights had gone up say £100pp but car hire down £50 you would get a £50 refund
