Places to eat on the 192

Seeing as there is a thread about International Drive I thought I’d start one about the 192. Lots of the same places but a few different ones as well. I’ll start with some different ones from IDRIVE.

Cracker Barrel
Texas Roadhouse
Mannys Chophouse(went twice last time, one was brilliant the second time was awful)

It's not somewhere that we would normally go out of our way for but that Apllebees on the 192 is superb!

Cheddars is very decent a cheap bite out is Arbys 👍

Love Cracker Barrel ...such a strange style place with the shop joined on selling such random things lol but I love it

My kids always insist on Ichibans buffet - but I guess that's gone for the moment...

We liked fords garage at margaritaville and rock and brews. We mostly eat at rolling oaks area and enjoy millers, longhorns and Applebee’s. We loved sweet tomatoes but believe they’ve gone 😢 gutted

Carrabba's Italian ne Formosa Gardens is amazing
Texas Roadhouse - Steaks, Burgers ect
Outback Steakhouse - Steaks burgers again

I mentioned it on the I drive thread but there is a giordano's pizza as well which is really good.

I guess that 75% of our dinners are within 10 minutes of Rolling Oaks so here goes.

It almost goes without saying Longhorn and Texas. Carrabba's better than Olive Garden for Italian. Likewise Bonefish Grill better than Red Lobster for fish. In our opinion naturally. Manny's on 192 was poor when it first opened and we used to drive to Haines City but it had improved greatly in Nov 2019 so we'll probably skip driving 25 minutes down the 27 in future.

CB is a regular breakfast spot for us but the one on 27 just short of the I-4 is handier for Highgate.

And when we're not ready for a big meal and want a burger nothing better than Culvers at 192/Westside. Although I often have fish & chips there.
