I wont buy anything online now. I ordered some items for collection and had to return some of it.
The refund was £6 short so rang and, instead of refunding, they took another £6. Rang again and they only refund £6 instead of £12. I emailed and asked for confirmation of refund and said I'd do a charge back if it wasn't done within 5 days. I received the money the following day but not even an email with confirmation or apology. Certainly put me off ordering anything else. OP I do hope you're 3rd time lucky. Jill |
