Heathrow: Flying out of one terminal and into another - where to park?

I’m not familiar with Heathrow at all so not sure how close the different car parks are. I’ve looked at the maps but thought I’d ask the experts 😀.
We are due to leave from T5 but return to T3 (at least, we hope so) so where would you park?

Personally, T3. Closer to the car on your return after an overnight flight. You won't mind the T3>T5 journey as much if it's part of the excitement of the way out.

Assuming all the car parks are open, T5 long stay is adjacent to T2/3 business parking. Park in T5 long stay (close to the end that adjoins the T2/3 business parking if you can). On return, just take the shuttle bus from T3 to T2/3 business parking (nobody will question you), and walk across to T5 long stay to pick up your car. This avoids having to do a terminal transfer.

Alternatively, some of the private parking services do offer a service to collect / drop off car at different terminals, but I have never used these.

Park at T3, get the terminal train to T5, it does add time to your arrival but faster departure when you get back.

I would use a meet and greet and drop the car off T5 and collect at T3. I hate having to wait for a bus to get to my car after a long flight.
The last time I did it, many years ago, I came back to a flat battery, in fairness the car park guys helped us and it wasn't a massive delay but since that time I budget the extra for meet and greet.
