Sorry to hear that have used them in the past and were fine but it's when things go wrong that the true colours come out. I will look elsewhere thanks for telling me.

We’re looking at using Orlando attraction tickets who offer free ticket guardian in the event of Covid cancelling our travels. From reading the info they charge £10pp as an admin fee in the event of cancellation

Bought ours through attractiontickets.com and paid for the flex plus insurance. It means you can link tickets. Before you buy any tickets, check that you are able to link them to MDE but will still be able to get a refund if you are unable to travel.

I’ve just been on the live chat with Orlandoattractiontickets.com and they say that linked tickets can still be claimed as long as covered by their ‘ticket guardian’. That’s great news because they’re coming out cheapest for us and seem to have a decent claim system in place now

Just received my tickets from attraction tickets this morning. I took out their flex plus cover so can return for a full refund for whatever reason, not just Covid. They also have £10 discount pp if you use the link above.
Great customer service by phone. We needed to add another person last week and they were very helpful.
