Still waiting for Nov/Dec 22 dates
Since dates were released back in Feb for next year I have been on the Virgin website nearly every week to check if Nov/Dec 22 dates have been released, still no luck I know i'm a lil impatient but when you see that the dates are released direct with Disney already my anxiety sky rockets due to the fact my son is autistic and we will require a certain seating arrangement on the plane, also dont get me started on the park reservation, im sure we dont need to worry as its way off but come on Virgin i wanna book Anyone else patiently waiting for certain dates?

Hi tinkswish,
Virgin do not release their flights until 330 days out. So you will not be able to book for Nov/Dec 2022 until Dec 2021/Jan 2022 depending on when you are flying out /returning. So if you return journey is say 20th Dec 2022 you won't be able to book that until Jan 2022. You could look at BA. They release their flights at 355 days. I'm sure some Dibbers with greater knowledge will be along soon too to offer advice. |

I’ve been able to price up Miami dates for dec 22. Could you fly into there and drive up? We find it cheaper and easier (my daughter is autistic and we were through immigration in 5 mins in Miami)

I think maybe op means Virgin flydrive? We are booking again for Xmas next year and I notice Virgin will quote for flydrives to Miami but at a very over inflated price. I will hang fire!

Virgin holidays only go up to the end of Nov 2022 for packages at the moment. OP have you considered booking with Disney if you like what you see?

Thanks for the tip to check Miami!
Got my 2022 trip (16th dec to jan 1) for 5 people, fly drive with upgraded car and insurance and PE for the budget i had set for myself mentally based on this years prices for economy returns. Booked that in a shot...like a rat up a drain pipe. Edited at 04:20 PM. |

sorry for any confusion, we are waiting for packages and dates are only going up to Nov 16th 22 with Virgin at the mo. We are waiting for Nov 29th. We could book direct with Disney as they have packages out for our dates but waiting to see what Virgins prices are like as with direct its currently upwards of £9000 with passes, which i fear will prob end up being the better deal, 2A3C.

We actually prefer flying in to Miami. We spend a few nights down there and enjoy the beaches and shopping.

Packages with Disney also include flights with Virgin (and/or BA), so forgive me if I am way off the mark here but if you looked at the sames dates with Virgin holidays would the price not be the same (if not similar!)?
For me, as the dates with Disney are available for when you want I would be considering booking that option if you're happy with the price. Also, if not already, sign up to Quidco and you will receive a tasty little bit of cashback on your booking...
