We’ve got 4 contracts at BLT all bought direct...original @ 123, + 27 + 2@50. I can’t remember why we bought the first amount, too far back for my fog brain.

My first was 165, it was priced up on 2 years out of every 3 in a studio during May half term / August school holidays.

The first add on happened within a year, same maths but for a 1 bed.

Wow! It was 150 when we joined in 2002, and if my memory is correct for many years afterwards.

May explain the huge OKW contracts you hear of.
