Heard the refurb work has been going again for at least 2 weeks.

They are still working on Springs of course.

Just called to modify my stay to OKW but not fully available. I have booked SSR - they only had preferred. Never stayed in either the Springs or Congress area - can anyone give me ideas of which might be best! Have they both been refurbed? We go February next year.

As far as I know it’s only Congreve Park which has been refurbished, however this may have changed

According to someone there now they are cracking on and refurbing not only the Springs (as we knew) but they’ve started on a good chunk of The Paddock. Unverified as haven’t seen photos etc but this is reported.
