Best business lounge LHR t3

Flying out and into Heathrow terminal 3. we are in business so can use other lounges. we will be in there at breakfast time and having used the BA lounge before im looking to use American Airlines or Cathay Pacific has anyone any experience of the breakfast food options at either lounge.

Personally I prefer the CX Lounge as it is usually quiet in the early morning and some of their Chinese dishes are very good and fresh cooked - it depends on whether you like that food for brekkie. Drinks are served from the bar and are not self serve.

Personally not a great fan of AA Lounge and the BA one can be very busy at times especially around school holidays.

All down to personal preference I suppose.

Can't speak for their breakfast specifically, but Cathay Pacific is the best of the 3 lounges by a distance. AA has the best wifi. BA comes third, the Galleries Club in T3 does not stand up well against the competition.
