Disney Mickey Ears Celebration Cakes

I would like to order one of these for DH birthday at Jiko, just wondering if anyone has ordered one of these for a restaurant meal, and whether you can have a candle put in it and we can sing

or if it is just put down instead of desert etc

I ordered DD a white chocolate mickey cake for her 40th birthday at Crystal Palace. Yes it had a candle and Happy Birthday written on one of the ears.
It was delicious. We 3 adults had half of it as our dessert, gave the rest to another table. As it was a buffet we could have had desserts as well, but were too full. The server brought it out and sang along with us, I think nearby tables joined in as well.

If I remember rightly I don't think they'll add numbers (21)

Thank you, that's great news, I just didn't want it popped down like a desert, want a little bit of fuss, enough for my husband to be embarrassed 😂
