We had some tickets taken off us by universal studios

We have never had a problem with ATD and have had tickets off them many times, this is a fault of the rude and unhelpful staff that work at universal studios! They all need a crash course in customer service!

If it wasnt for us tourists they wouldnt have a job to do I think they forget that we pay their wages!:angry:

I had been asked by 10 or so people. I got back £250.

Like i said before ATD offered to replace them right away but as i only had a couple of days left it was pointless. I dont care how much you pay for stuff. You should not get these issue and when you do you do not brand something as they have stolen them. Personally when we got back in a couple of years I wont be going to US or IOA.

Its really put me off going to US/IOA.
I've purchased 14 day ults from ATD (for the first time) & hope they are OK.

Twice in the past, myself and DS had probs with scanner at Disney.Just kept refusing entry.
I was asked if I'd used tix before and said yes.The 1st time it happened, I just went to another 'turnstile' and it went through fine.
The 2nd time it happened to DS, it wouldn't go through at all & I was asked if he was using correct finger!
They examined the ticket, tried a number of times and luckily I showed them my tix & his passport .
They then asked him to try another turnstile & luckily it went through OK.

Had me worried though and judging by some of the comments by fellow Dibbers about the attitude of US staff, unlikely they'd have had the same patience if I'd been in one of their parks!

What right do they have to confiscate tickets in such a manner without a proper investigation!
I'd have hit the roof and you'd have heard me all the way to Disney & back!

ps, I always copy front & back of all tickets and passports.
Keep a copy at home and a copy in hotel.

Will now ensure I keep copy tix with me too including all receipts!
