Mobile Might miss connection

At MCO now. Originally had an hour to transfer at charlotte but first flight delayed by 30 minutes already. 😩😩😩 Apparently there are 32 passengers on this flight who need to transfer. Do you think they'll hold the second flight?

Assuming it's the same airline then yes they will hold it back. Also you don't have to collect your bags and clear customs so is a lot quicker than connecting on the way in. Good luck.

Maybe not. A couple of weeks ago we came home via Chicago and landed at K4 and the next flight took off from K5 which were 10 yards apart! I'm sure with it being the same airline they will be very close. Hope you had a great time at Disney by the way?

Just delayed by another 30 minutes. 😩😩😩 Unless they hold it, we'll miss the flight. Next one will be tomorrow.

Keep checking the flight times for the connecting flight. We were delayed on the way out and they delayed the connecting flight while we were up in the air.

Oh dear,no use stressing though as it's out if your control. Accept you may need to check into an airport hotel for the night and claim back through your insurance once home. As long as you get home safely that's all that matters. Good luck

Happened to us on Monday night this week at Chicago. Plane from Miami was diverted because they closed chicago airport. When it became apparent we were going to miss the flight to manchester i called AA reservations and got them to provisionally reserve seats on the flight next day. Then once we landed in chicago got it all confirmed.

You will need to sort a hotel yourself and claim back from travel insurance as other than give us a toiletry kit AA dont do anything else. I already knew this though. Keep receipts for everything!

Currently in hotel at MCO. Booked onto flight to LHR via Philadelphia tomorrow. Not the end of the world but a bit of a pain. AA gave us nothing due to weather being the cause.
