BOG - dining room choice
We have two ADR's at BOG - breakfast and lunch. From reading up on it, I'd prefer us not to eat in the Rose Gallery. When they're seating you, can you ask to be not seated there?

As breakfast and lunch are quick service, you're not shown to a table. You just find a free table and sit there in the same way that you do at any other qs restaurant, so it's entirely up to you where you sit

Oh brilliant! Thanks Vickie! I presumed as it was a reservation they showed you to the next available table in your time slot.

No problem Don't forget to pre-order too as it can save a lot of time when you get there are the queues for the ordering screens can be really big. You can pre-order right up until the time you check in for your reservation, so don't have to decide days/weeks in advance what you want

BOG is always heaving, it is literally find a seat where you can. As the rose gallery is the biggest you will likely find a seat in here, or of course wait for a table in a another section. I am glad we did BOG as was super excited for it, but wouldn't bother again.

The rose gallery (castle gallery) isn't the biggest room, the ballroom is. The castle gallery is second, then the west wing is the smallest. We normally find the castle gallery the easiest to get a seat in as ever wants the ballroom. The ballroom is also really noisy as it's so big that the house just echo's around.
Dine in Palatial Splendor Feast on French-inspired fare in one of our elaborately themed rooms—straight out of the beloved Disney classic! Be Our Guest Restaurant is an expansive and elegant 550-seat dining destination located at the foot of Beast’s Castle in Fantasyland. Whether you are enjoying a quick-service breakfast or lunch, or the stately elegance of a table-service dinner, you can select from 1 of 3…. Royal Rooms for Loyal Subjects Be Our Guest offers 3 meticulously imagineered dining areas, each designed to immerse our Guests in the heartwarming mystery and romance of Beauty and the Beast: The Grand Ballroom – Go for baroque in this magnificent ballroom with its high, domed ceiling, chandeliers and snow-laced Gothic arches. The West Wing – Dine in the Beast’s mysterious West Wing study—if you dare—and perhaps you’ll even spy his enchanted rose. The Castle Gallery – Get swept up in the romance of Belle’s private library, and inspired by the larger-than-life figures of Belle and Beast dancing. Each room is exquisite—but which best befits your royal visit? All 3 venues share the same menu, so whichever you choose, you cannot lose!

Thanks for all the info. When you pre order, does it allow you to alter anything - DH has an egg and chicken allergy. Not sure what he'll eat really! Tough, as I really fancy it!

Yes you can make changes to the order such as taking something off the baguettes. Not sure what you will need exactly but if you cant, you can change your order or make requests when you check in even if you have pre-ordered.

There are limited options to make alterations when you pre-order. However, after you've checked in, you'll be sent in to the castle where a CM will confirm your order, make any further and take payment and they can make more notes and changes for you.
There are also various dietary menus that are available when you pre-order, so those might be worth looking at too. If you want to get an idea now, make a random adr for sometime within the next 30 days, then go to the pre-order page and play around. Just remember to cancel the adr once you've finished looking

Dohhh, yes I was confusing things. It's the room with the music box in it that is massive! Sorry for the bum information.
