Melbourne Airport to Glenbrook villas route?

Looking for the best route to travel ,Melbourne airport to Glenbrook villas. Doing car hire of course. also on another note how can i get loose change for the tolls before i travel over ?

The no toll option would be on the 192 from Melbourne all the way thru to I-4 and then onto the 27. Quickest way is I-75 North to the 528 Beachline (Toll) then I-4 to the 27.

I always use 417 then shoot off via Griffin onto the 192 then 27

I would stick to the 192. Check out the routes on google maps and you'll see that you only save a couple of minutes using the other routes.
