IT issues / 0800 number

Hi all,

I am having real issues logging into anything Disney (+, my Disney experience, DVC, cruise) all are saying 'We've detected a problem with your account, and need you to reset your password to continue. Please check your email for instructions.'

so click ok - expecting to receive an email with a link and nothing! not in my junk, not after hours of waiting.

So... i called the 0800 (UK) number, and have now been on hold for 1hr, 17 mins! but it's not saying i am in a que, just on a loop about the Disney park passes then the Disney music, not that i don't like a bit of Disney parks music, but am i wasting my time?

Is this on pc tablet or mobile clear the cookies if it a app uninstall and reinstall

i have tried, app, mobile and 'normal internet! and deleted history - i will delete app and cookies. will let you know how i get on

still not working - all deleted and tried again, saying exactly the same thing!
