iPad not charging- help please !

You beat me to it, I had this with an iPad once, I thought it was dead as it wouldn't charge as there was no icon showing it charging, thank goodness I just left the charger on as after a while it suddenly came to life.

Thanks all. It’s been plugged in for a good couple of hours now, tried the hoover, used daughters charger.
Typical that my guarantee has only just run out as well.

If it’s imbedded fluff I don’t think the hoover will suck it out. I suppose it’s more likely to be fluff if it’s a phone but it depends where you keep your iPad. 😊

If it’s fluff in either iPad or iPhone, I simply use a pin to dig it out.

Son has messed about with it and wow it has come on ! It must have been bits of fluff in it. Panic over ! I do wonder if maybe my husband had done a bit of sabotage to get me off the thing
