We've flown with them numerous times over the past 25 years and never been let down or disappointed. Last year when we were cancelled we chose an 'open ticket' and used it with no problems for this autumn. The price difference was just over £200 and it was in our bank within the week without us even asking.

Thank you very much to everyone for your comments, it made me feel a lot better. I’m going to look at hotels at Heathrow again, Possibly premier inn on bath road and purple parking for a meet and greet. 🤞😊

Despite the abundance of negativity on the Dibb from a few posters, I'm managing to rally and I'm trying sooo hard to retain my positivity for our 11th September trip!
Let's hope we ALL get to go!

We have flights booked for the end of September. I keep flip-flopping from optimistic to knowing we're not going at all - and everything in between!
What I do know, though, is that I have not booked hotels or tickets (beyond Discovery Cove) yet, so if we do end up going, it's all going to be a mad last minute dash to sort it all out! It'll be minimal Disney anyway, mostly Universal and DC and a slower relaxed pace. I can't bring myself to get excited in case my hopes are dashed again.
