Is there a way to double check the answers that you submitted? Sometimes, the no can change to yes accidentally if you don’t click off the question and scroll.

What a nightmare for you. Unfortunately, unless it’s the question about health - I think it’s a visa route.

Fortunately, I think it’s unlikely that the USA will be open in 35 days which hopefully means you’ll have opportunity to get visas sorted - though I imagine that will take longer than usual also.

Good luck. Please update us when you find out what’s going on.👍🏻

We have filled in a redress form, via the trip website ,hopefully we hear back at some point.Im not holding out a lot of hope but its worth a try.The other 6 estas all show as authorised still but website hasnt updated since original application on friday,so im not sure if it does over weekend?.The payment is still pending as only enough for 5 estas plus 2 denials so who knows!

This isn’t anything is it?
You applied for him on his behalf?

A person under 18 years of age may not complete the ESTA on their own and an adult must complete on their behalf. Any child's application completed without assistance from an adult will be automatically rejected.

Terrible for the OP and family but a good reason for others to do them well before time , around six months, incase anything goes wrong.

We had estas in place,we were just renewing them.Obviously our closest trip is unlikely to go ahead,i was making sure that we were continually covered for future bookings. There are no visa appts at the moment anyway so 6 months ahead would have made no difference at the moment
