Outlets on a Friday / Saturday / Sunday afternoon?
Hi,
Just playing around with itinerary ideas for our August 2022 trip and wondering about fitting in an outlet shopping trip on either a Friday, Saturday or Sunday afternoon/ early evening. We would be getting a taxi there so trying to get a parking spot wouldn't be an issue but just wondering if the outlets themselves would be heaving? I think we visited one of the outlets on a Saturday afternoon on our last visit and the only issue we had was getting a parking spot, but that would have been in May (not August) and I might have got it wrong about being a weekend! So, outlets at the weekend - bad idea, or likely to be busy but ok? Thanks in advance. |

Sunday’s around 4 unless it’s back to school tax free weekend we find isn’t too bad as folks are heading for dinner etc just don’t plan to eat till much later

The busiest time is when it’s wet or later in the evening.

We usually go about 9.30 and then head out about 2.00 pm after having lunch.

I’ve never checked for myself but “they” say the discounts aren’t as good on the weekends so we usually try and avoid them

We prefer to go early morning - just because it’s easier to park, and a little less busy.

Love this question, planning the same thing.
I was trying to avoid the parks at the weekends so hoping the malls would be a good choice |

We try to avoid the parks on a Saturday so use this as a rest day. We go to the malls early before it gets too busy, then grab a nice lunch somewhere and back to the pool for the afternoon.

Exactly what I was thinking, up and out early and home to chill after some serious shopping.
