It's expensive to live down South

I was browsing Rightmove as is my wont and came across this:



I think it's over priced even with the help to buy.

Depends on the area - not that around here we have small modern boxes the estates agents call houses like the op posted but certainly you would pay much more for a semi or terrace - neighbours semi on the market for £4.5m and it has just SLC for more
