I have a feeling hat different staff will say different things, as per Beffys earlier post, wherein she has written confirmation from Thomson that it's valid for a year. This does refer to Busch dining, so I made sure I enquired about Busch and aquatica at the same time, so we now have conflicting info

I might just set a day to go, buy the dining, and see what happens!

So, I'm still a little comfused as it states 'valid from' on the reply, so could be construed that the ticket would be valid any day from the date you specify? More confused as a previous poster advised they had been told it was valid for a year?

I've emailed the lady I dealt with last week to ask about the Aquatica deal so I'll let you know what she comes back with. It may not be till Monday as I think the ticket office in Orlando that she was dealing with is closed over the weekend.

It's so annoying when you get different answers

Ah that's so kind of you! Thank you, we are all getting a bit confused with it all, but as usual its staff not being made aware of the full info on products they sell :angry:

Oh no, I hadn't booked either! The last few comments about it having to be on a specific day, made me hesitate and not get them! Told DH too and he thought it a great deal! Uh oh now to tell him I didn't get them

I've just phoned, and apparently there are some issues with their website. They assured me IT were dealing with this, and it should be fixed in a couple of days. They were unable to access any excursions. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope it reappears.
