I get a minimum of one email a week with discount codes on it, I just show the cashier the barcode on my phone and they take the discount off. I'm signed up to the Polo factory store website.. I have several emails with discount codes sitting in my email inbox going to waste..
I wouldn't bother with the canada sign up, all I get is pictures of clothes they are selling, no discount codes ever and I've been signed up for over 8 months. I get the discount codes only from the Polo factory store website.

Do you live there by chance as we can’t get passed the USA phone number requirement?
The canada one does work, a lot in here have been successful. It’s not consistent but better than nothing.

Prior to covid it used to depend on you inputting your email address when purchasing in store as to how often you received emails.

This was the same for both the UK and the US.
The UK then changed to a mobile only discount system.

I'm assuming that the US has done something similar but is still taking emails addresses at point of sale.
