Thank you for really understanding ( possibly more than they did!)

A server like this is becoming so much harder to find within any restaurant, she really did make up for so much of the afternoon hurting.

After all that had gone before - it was such a refreshing change that a server could save the day - after all those computer systems had no idea what they were all about.

She totally 'got' what Disney was all always about( previously) and I truly feel she is one of a minority moving forward.

I hope I am proved wrong on this one.

The rescue was needed so much as TBH, there was a moment in the afternoon when I could have just told them to stick it all It really was so close - I stick by the fact we would have been welcomed better at any other hotel in the world.

Glad the horrible check in didn’t ruin the whole day. I would never have expected such poor customer service. I do hope WDTC apologise and compensate in some way.

We had a slight medical disaster this year and they weren’t the most helpful with us either. Just didn’t seem prepared to want to help.
Glad Sanaa was a big success and gave to back a little bit of magic.
Oh no hope your medical disaster was not too bad and did not involve your little one.
Server in Sanaa totally got where we were coming from as she understood the changes in the service levels offered by most hotels and restaurants at WDW in recent years

Such a rubbish start 😢 To be honest I suspect the staff at Port Orleans were limited by the systems but that totally shouldn’t be your problem.

So glad Sana’a rescued the day a little bit - it’s one of our favourites 😀
