Did mine online 3 weeks ago and passport arrived this morning and it’s the new black one Great service the only hassle I had was getting it to accept the photo online took about 10 attempts after that it was a doddle They sent emails updating on the progres and after they notified it was approved was here within 3 days👍

Did mine on line in Aug got it back within 12 days & have also received the old passport back

My granddaughter has had a name change , so we did her new passport application a week ago , I’ve had a text back to say all documents received and are now being checked .

We renewed all 4 of ours online and received them within 3 weeks
