I made cinnamon buns a few weeks ago, they really did make the house smell like we were in America. We also had some bbq boneless beef rib things from Asda and/or Sainsburys... they are soooooo good, the flavour really takes me back.

We have made chicken parm, deep fried pickles and country fried steak. Oh and meatloaf. All turned out great.

I’ve made cheeseburger flatbread, (artist’s palette) which was amazing and chicken tequila pasta. California pizza kitchen. Which was also brilliant.
Ooh key lime pie could be next.

My friend dropped off homemade zebra domes and a pornstar martinis earlier today. We just sat in the sun and had a Florida moment enjoying them.

I thought the idea behind cooking American food was to make sure it is bland and make sure the portions are 3 times as big as uk sizes?

We have been using Disney recipes from blogs that we’ve found. We made le cellier Canadian cheese soup, dole whips and pineapple upside down cake. Panda Express orange chicken, we made the sauce again today and had it with salmon and cous cous. Next is Jiko Mac and cheese.
