Fri - lamb koftas on bbq with Greek flatbread and tzatziki all homemade
Sat - ribs , rustic fries , onion rings all out of a box /bag except hm colslaw as I really wanted it and didn’t have any , won’t pay for it again it was easy , cheap and yummy ( bbc good food )
Tonight - takeaway

I cooked Indian spiced spatchcock chicken with homemade flatbreads and homemade mint yoghurt dip, with salad and spiced potatoes. Very nice and I’m particularly pleased with my last minute rustle up flat breads.

We had salmon and green bean curry.

Tonight was chicken with pineapple and cashew nuts. I served with sticky rice and crispy baked kale. Such a yummy dinner, the kids already want it again!

Fish fingers in a wrap with tartare sauce, lettuce, tomato and cucumber and then Greek yoghourt with honey.
