What’s for tea?

Veg box arrived too - good mix of salad, citrus, leafy, starchy etc.

So we will have pork chops (meat box) with garlicky breadcrumb crust, sweet potato wedges and roasted vegetables. Maybe some crispy "seaweed" from the kale on the side.

and carrot and pepper soup for lunch tomorrow, burgers from the meat box with a big caesar salad on the side for tea...

DD munching through a massive! crunchy braeburn apple as I type! DH a banana, and me an orange.

I think we're gonna need a bigger box...

It's our 38th Wedding Anniversary today

So did our own cream tea this afternoon and got a chicken tikka curry and samaosa's from M & S for tonight.
