We decided to have a Disney at home day yesterday to cheer us up a bit

Our day included our favourite Disney food and drink, watching “must do Disney” and background park music on YouTube, Watching 360 degree rides on the VR, watching Onward on the sky store, playing a Disney quiz, playing Disney board games, making Mickey ice cream bars, watching Disney fireworks, playing Disney board games, cooking Mac and cheese, pizza and finally trying our hands at making the blueberry mousse from Satuli Canteen!

When we were planning our Disney at home day we asked the girls what their favourite dessert in WDW was and they both Satuli Canteen’s blueberry mousse 🤯 we couldn’t find a copycat recipe online anywhere so we put something together using several different recipes and a couple of random made up techniques and here it is! So happy with how it turned out!

We made waaaay too many though. Gave some to my parents and we still have 4 left 😂 so here we have blueberry marscapone mousse with mirror glaze, almond sponge, white chocolate curl, blueberry coulis, passion fruit set curd and mini meringue 💜

Breakfast was chocolate chip muffins (their fave when we go to WDW) they also stuffed them with chocolate M&Ms (they did this the day after MNSSHP on our 2019 trip as we had so many bags of them from our trick or treating so it reminded them of that)
