Mobile BT emails lost

I've just logged on to our BT email and all our emails since 1st April (going back to May last year) have been lost! Has anyone else had this or ever had this? Not sure what has happened or what to do

I lost all my hotmail emails a few years ago. I'd been hacked, they sent out mass emails to all my contacts then deleted them.

I got in touch with hotmail and they gave me a back up of my contacts and some emails that'd been deleted.

Hopefully BT can do the same for you.

Always use a stand alone mail program or app on ypur phone or PC. That way you will always have a copy stored locally. I use 2 different programs on my PC and 2 different apps on my mobile.
