Logging in VS flying club

Is anyone else having problems logging into their VS flying club account ?

I’ve tried the app and website but it keeps telling me I’ve got the wrong information.

Just been on mine to do some Shops Away while John Lewis is upped to 4 per £ & had no problem at all. Couple of weeks ago I could log in but couldn't scroll to log out again!

Yellow banner across the top says:
The email address or last name you've entered aren't quite right. Please try to log in again using your Flying Club number or the email address registered to your account.

I can't get into mine either, I thought I had put the wrong details in, but I was pretty sure they were correct.

Theres a post in the Virgin twitter page saying they have a problem with Flying Club log in

I cannot believe that this thread was started 8 days ago and the site is still down
