A good few years ago I was I was working at butlins Skegness it was my day off so I went in to town I was near the embassy theatre when I saw this bloke he had a few people around him and I thought must be some one well known I stayed where I was and he walked up to me I just said hi how are you are you having a good day he looked at me and said could be better got to work tonight so I said shame but I sure you work hard he smiled and said I will and walked on. I looked up at the banner above the entrance and it was for Roy cubby brown I heard of him and I know he did a adult show but I thought what a nice bloke.

Don't think I've got one favourite, but I did like Tommy Cooper, Bob Monkhouse, Eric and Ernie. Rob, Lee and David are really funny on Would I lie to you, when they start bantering off each other and they're good separately too.

I love word play so Milton Jones and Stewart Francis are really good, or Tim Vine for groan aloud puns.

I've always liked Peter Kay, so if he's not great off-stage that is a shame.
