Thankfully not 😂😂😂 I’d put on weight since buying it - this is what happens when a pandemic strikes and you haven’t got to wear it for a year longer than you thought 😂 seamstress will be taking it in though! ❤️

I have downloaded my fitness pal. Anyone else using this?
Due to my age, current weigh and goal weight I should consume 1200 calories a day. My word, they go in a flash 😩 its surprising when you log everything how quickly the calories add up.
I never actually feel satisfied and always feel hungry so it’s definitely not easy.
I have just enough calories left for my dinner later 😬

I would really struggle with that, I just added my food today in as calories to see how many it is, and it’s 1500 without my chocolate tonight and without any squash. I take my hat off you to for calorie counting, I don’t have the willpower!

Can you add in more veg or proteins to make you feel fuller? Don’t get me wrong, I get hungry (read hangry!) but at the right times. We stupidly didn’t realise the time so I’m just waiting for lunch to come out the oven 😂🤦🏻

Walked to pick my prescriptions up today - really glad I took a backpack, more than I’d remembered! It’s been a while since I’ve had everything in one go! Then walked the long way home.

Going to be raining for the next 9 days at least. Let’s see how hard this gets!
