Booking refs query

Hi
Received booking refs from charter for disney, VA, & budget
Have tried to manage bookings for va but telling me ref not recognised (the code is made up offa 12 letter & no code) doews anyone know if this crrect code
Also got a 12 digit code for Disney beginning with a 3 is this okay for booking dining?

The virgin flight code should be something like DG4638 or any other six letter and digit code.

I'm not 100% certain on this but I don't think you can preselect your seats with Virgin if you haven't booked direct - I remember reading elsewhere it's something to do with the allocation belonging to the agent before the seats are ticketed.

Just checked the Virgin website, it says:

"Seating is a service we offer free of charge. Seats can be pre-allocated after you have booked your flight, by logging into 'My Booking' online, or via your travel agent."

As you've tried on their website I would give Charter a call as your agent and ask them to do it for you.
