Mobile Mco Immigration Hall. Construction Site?

Went a couple of years ago. The hall was being renovated and there was only a few desks for officers.
not nice.

What's it like now?

It's fine now. Still a little bit of cosmetic work being done by the luggage belts.

Are you aware the escalator you used to use up to the Monorail has gone?
Now you bear left, along a short corridor and up an escalator there. Also there is a lift for those who need it.
The slowest lift in the Northern Hemisphere

It helps if people push the button for the lift to work. We were waiting in the queue to use the lift and my dh was getting anxious and decided to go to the front and Pushed the button and would you believe it the lift worked.

I’m sure the stairs is no longer there, as we had no choice but to use the escalator and the queue was building up, if there was a stairs I didn’t see it.

The stairs are there. I know because when we got there the line for the lift was 50 people deep!
The escalator was broken so I had to carry 2 cases and 2 cabin bags up in one go!
My Wife with another case conned an employee to help her!

I must of missed that then as the queue for the escalator was very long and thought we had no choice as wasn’t allowed to use the lift, thought it was a bit daft that was the only way out.

Flew into MCO 3 weeks ago plenty of desks for TSA sadly only three agents on as a big flight from mexico landed then three British flights, we got out after 2 hours and I have a feeling those at the back would have around a 4 hour wait

We’re flying tomorrow, just had a text from Virgin Atlantic:

Improvement works at Orlando airport may lead to a longer journey through arrivals. We appreciate your patience whilst these works are ongoing.
