I'm with you, I haven't done one since I was at junior school but our lovely neighbours bought us a 1000 piece Disney one for Xmas - so now we're going to have to try to do it.
We may be some time!

I had this for Photo puzzle from my husband and daughter for Christmas. The sky was a challenge!

This is our next one to do.

Bought a NASA space one for DS aged 14 this Xmas. Not done one since his Thomas the Tank Engine ones. Spent 2 hours this morning doing a third. It's on the dining room table and we've got two days until we need table for dining.

I recognise that one. It’s the first jigsaw I had attempted in about 25 years earlier on this year. I gave up, I couldn’t get the border done. I gave it to my bil.
Lo and behold, I’ve just got a twin pack as a Christmas present and this is one of them... it’s haunting me

The mickey orchestra one was one of my lockdiwn puzzles! Its an awkward shape but I didn't find it too bad. I've done one this holidays and am starting one of the 7 I was given for Christmas today!

This one was tricky as I had no picture!

I got the same orchestra one for Father’s Day in June, the first jigsaw I’ve attempted since the 70’s. Like you, I couldn’t complete the border and had lots of little groups of pieces that looked like they were part of the same area. Unfortunately, my wife had to start working from home and needed to use the area where I’d started the jigsaw. It’s now in several sandwich bags with each bag containing the sorted pieces and I’ve bought a jigsaw mat, I will attempt it again sometime in the future.

Sometimes it’s easier to do the boarder later
