Re-booked - When will it show on MDE?

Hi everyone

We finally bit the bullet and re-arranged our April/May trip for September (re-arranged twice so hoping for 3rd time lucky!).

Does anyone know how long it takes MDE to update? I’m keen to book my park passes. I have had my new invoice through which is the same invoice number as my previous booking. At the moment MDE shows my April/May plans still.

Thank you!

Mine took a couple of days to change over. You should be able to book your days though before it changes!

Oh wow really! Do you know how? Is it simply just cancelling my current park reservations and re-booking? I’d assumed my tickets would be tied to the dates of my stay.

I have moved 2021 trip from September to December and then back to September from December. It has taken maybe three or four days for MDE to update each time.

It was not possible to do the park reservations before the booking was moved as I had a hotel / ticket package and so the tickets are dated. That said, when it did update I had to manually cancel each of the existing park reservations as they did not drop off by themselves, you could cancel all the days you don’t need want and try booking on the new dates, but I don’t think it will work.

Thanks Claudette that’s helpful. I also have a hotel and tickets package. I moved the booking on Monday so I’ll give it a couple more days and then perhaps give them a ring. Fingers crossed for September!

Ah sorry! I booked my tickets separately so maybe that’s why it let me book my days before it changed! I’m also hoping for September!
