Hi guys,

As some of you will know we are hopefully going to be buying a villa in Orlando in May.  We will therefore be taking a trip over to play with our new toy in July.

We have never been over to Florida in the summer and could do with some advice on what to expect on the following:

Are the flight prices very expensive ?
How hot is the Weather ?
How busy are the parks ?

Thanks in advance for all the great advice.

I don't know for sure,  but I would guess,  YES, HOT, BUSY

however,  if you've got your new villa- you will be having so much fun at home that you will probably only dip in and out of the parks so it shouldn't be a problem.

HOT very HOT, you'll certainly run in your airconditioning unit .

Are you buying your own furniture etc ?, we got all our own, saved a fortune and had great fun going round all the shops.

Yep very hot, hotter than I have ever been that is for sure. it will also rain every day (usually about 3pm) and you will probably get some amazing thunderstorms.
Flights pricier than other times (about the same as Easter prices) but you can book in advance or try a non direct flight to save money.
We, surprisingly didnt find the parks too busy(?) but full of South American school groups who were a bit annoying.
You are so lucky, we hope to follow suit in about 5 years time ! .  .
