Just booked with Charter today for Aug 2020. First time I’ve not used VH in 15 years, but Peter gave me a great price for two weeks YC and 3 nights RPR. Also Peter was so helpful, thorough and professional. VH have been rather underwhelming for some time. Reviews about Charter look very good.

Another recommendation for Charter Travel. Only issue as someone has previously mentioned, is regarding use of credit card. All staff that I have communicated with have been professional and helpful. I have had some really interesting conversations with Peter about the merits of Orlando in general and Disney!

Hi, sorry to jump in but it's my first time booking with Charter, do you use your booking reference as the Disney ref?

I've just tried mine & it doesn't work, although I did only get confirmation yesterday.

Just thought I'd check here before I give them a call.

It’s a different reference number, Peter emailed mine to me separately when I booked, it came through the next day. Maybe just chase it up if you’re worried.
