Florida Wedding. Suggestions?

We got married 2 years ago this Feb during our Disney cruise on Grand Cayman.
It wasn't a Disney wedding though ...I am too much of a control freak for that ! we organised it all ourselves with a minimal input from the wedding coordinator at the venue we chose (Grand Old House)...she only really sorted out the legal stuff & minister for us.

If you do want to organise & control it all yourself (and I appreciate that not all brides 'enjoy' this stress !)..then with the internet today it really is so easy.
I made the arrangements for everything... from the hairdressers, photographer, limo company, horse & carriage, live music, cake, & reception food etc ...all from my kitchen...and I absolutely loved it !

Glad to say it exceeded expectations ...

Just wanted to say that Mouseweddings.com site has 2008 prices and I remember Mary did send out an email end of 2008/2009 saying that she wasn't going to keep the site up to date.

Carrie's e-book is the bomb and very helpful so deffo get that if you can.
