Help, Can't Sync Fitbit to New Phone
As the heading says Help, got a new phone yesterday, deleted app off my old phone and uploaded it on my new phone. Rang EE as I couldn't get it to work who has spent ages trying to help. They think that fitbit need to do something at their end, has anybody else had the same issue? and if so how did you solve it please.

I'm having same problem. I think you need to also unpair the fitbit from the old phone.

do you have any idea how to do it? it's driving me insane, fitbit spent half of day sat on desk next to my phone whilst i ran round and round work not clocking up the stairs or steps

i think you need to add new fitbit device, then add existing user

I seem to remember having to login into your FitBit account online and removing the pairing in there.

I have replaced my fitbit and had to go online to remove if to put the new one one. Could be the same issue for you

I followed all the instructions I found when I googled the problem and the thing that worked in the end was turning off the notifications on my fitbit and then turning them back on after I repaired it with the new phone. Good luck it took me ages!
