Drive between Orlando-Key West

We have been to key west twice. First time we drove as far as Key Largo and spent a night, then spent one night on Key West, drove bac via the west coast and spent a night at Naples. The second time I got my dates mixed up so we drove from orlando to key West in one go, we left about 9am and arrived about 3-3.30. We stayed 3 nights and drove back again in one go.
DH drives long distances for work so this drive was not a difficult one for him, I wouldnt recommend it to someone who is not used to long drives, especially back as the road between Miami and Orlando is very borning
