As I said I got through without any problems, but I also tried something else. I rang them up and when they said to select an option I didn't do anything, they repeated this 3 times and I didn't do anything, they then said that I would have to wait 1 minute to speak to an agent. It took about 3 minutes before they said this. Worth a try as it just worked for me, so hopefully it will work for you.

They have a freephone number for calling from the UK 0080033441818 which goes through to DC. We used it to book Sea Venture and Elite package when we went in 2016.
