I think it would depend on whether there was a cancelation fee, I never found TC's passes particularly cheap & there were always cheaper options. TC aren't the only TA that do this though, I've read plenty of posts with "virgin" in the headline too. TBH once you pay in full, 10-8 weeks before, there is no reason that they can't supply you with the ticket reference no.s. I have read that "they" don't actually have the tickets until you have paid for them- ie they are reserved with their supplier.
As far as ADRs, anyone can book those, in your case you just need your booking reference for MDE which then allows you to book the first 10 days at 180.

I’ve to go in today and sign to cancel my WDW tickets. Even losing the £40 deposit it’s still 140 pounds cheaper to buy them on their own! So I’ve ordered them and all from American attractions. Once they arrive in next few days I just link them then?

Jenny yes, just input the barcodes or if they are sending you will call vouchers that code. Point to note for the future TC used to use Keith Prowse for their passes so you have 2 lots of companies that need to add a bit to make profit- my wife used to work for Tc & we still bought our passes elsewhere!

They were deffo a lot more expensive. I lost £40 deposit but still saved £140 even with that loss! Don’t think they were too happy me cancelling it. I had to go in write a letter to cancel and they didn’t seem happy. But they weren’t helpful at all about linking up or my worry for fast passes lol

Yes, just scratch the panel off on the back of the ticket and link the number to your MDE account
