Florida Escapes problems.
Hi
Is anyone waiting for tickets from Florida escapes or other tickets sellers. I’m being told there is a delay from Disney? Obviously concerned as I paid over 1k for two combo tickets. Never had an issue with other sellers such as Florida tix or American attractions.

Hi we always get our tickets from florida escapes and have never had a problem. Discovery cove tickets took awhile to come this time, however we just phoned them and they sorted it no problem. I'm sure you'll be fine. Have a great holiday.

We recently brought from them for the first time and no problems at all, took 18 days from ordering for the tickets to arrive.

I got a load of grief off Dibbers for reporting delays last year with FE
They take 15 days minimum but will take your payment instantly |

We just got universal tickets from them the other day. They say it’s around 18 days for delivery, ours were slightly less than that.

I’ve been on the Dibb for many years although I don’t always post and this is unusual. I’m staying on Disney so I need them 60 days prior and it’s been nearly a month.

I’m waiting too. I’m trying to be patient as it does say can take up to 18 working days. My status says “fulfilling order”. Hopefully will arrive soon.

Considering most other suppliers provide tickets within 48 hours it’s not the best service offered but the cheapest

If you ordered before 23rd January then, according to their Ts&Cs, your tickets should have arrived by now. If they haven't, then if I was you I'd be giving FloridaEscapes an ultimatum; ensure the tickets are sent out and with you by, say, Wed 21st or else you want a full and immediate refund, as is your right.
ATD says they can take 7 working days. OA says 14 business days. OAT says 7 days. AmericanAttractions says 14 days. FloridaTix says 7 working days. The tickets can take less time than this to arrive. So can tickets from FloridaEscapes. None guarantee to send out tickets within 48 hours, unless you pay extra for express delivery.
